Rome, 25 July 2023 - Capital Wing is born, a consultancy and investment banking company that will provide origination and arranging services in the areas of Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Hedging and of Structured Finance to support institutional investors, SMEs and publicly held companies, in the Energy&Infrastructure sectors.

The company was born as a spin-off of GMB Finance, a financial engineering company founded by Gian Marco Bardelli with the contribution of Tecla Panatta, specialized in banking law who supports their clients in dialogue with the bank, to obtain reimbursements and to support them in negotiations.

Capital Wing, which was already operating on the market under the name of GMB Consulting (division of GMB Finance), is based on a team of professionals who can boast extensive and many years of experience in Investment Banking and strategic consultancy.

In particular, Capital Wing can count on proven experience in structuring, coordination and execution of ECM and DCM, Structured Finance, Hedging and Corporate operations Finance.

The company is organized into four areas of activity, with the common objective of studying, structuring and carry out tailor-made operations for each individual customer, accompanied by the team in a transparent way during every single phase of the process. In detail:

Capital Markets: offers equity solutions (IPOs, capital increases and convertible bonds) and debt financing.

Structured Finance: offers supervision of project financing and leveraged acquisition processes in the context of syndicated operations also on international markets.

Hedging: with particular expertise in the structuring of hedging derivative instruments, assessment and implementation of the hedging strategy, procurement of risk management tools, currency and interest rate derivatives.

Corporate Finance: this is a specialist advisory activity to support the financial structure in the context of corporate growth and corporate restructuring operations.
