Rome, September 19th, 2023 – Capital Wing assisted Green Arrow Capital, one of the leading independent players in the Italian market and a leader in alternative investments, as a financial advisor in the new €46.4 million project financing for the refinancing of the X-Elio photovoltaic portfolio.

The debt restructuring operation involved the dismantling of leasing contracts for a solar portfolio in Italy, refinancing the operation with Project Financing granted by UniCredit for the X-Elio photovoltaic portfolio. This portfolio consists of 6 GSE-incentivized plants with a total installed capacity of 18.42 MW, located in Puglia and Sicily, and controlled by Azienda Solare Italia S.p.A., a company part of a fund managed by the Green Arrow Capital Group. The operation allowed for the optimization of the financial structure and financing of revamping works on the plants.

Capital Wing assisted Green Arrow in the refinancing operation by coordinating the process of terminating leasing contracts, negotiating closure costs with the credit institution, and coordinating hedging activities.
