In this role, he will oversee all aspects related to M&A, Valuation & Fairness Opinions, Financial Modeling, Independent Business Review, as well as structured finance operations such as extraordinary transactions, Project Financing, and funding in regulated and non-regulated renewable energy sectors.
Capital Wing, formerly known as GMB Consulting (a division of GMB Finance), operates with a team of professionals boasting extensive and
multi-year experience in investment banking and strategic consulting. From 2020 to date, Capital Wing has successfully completed transactions
in the Debt Advisory area, finalized deals for a total of over installed 900 MW, and analyzed transactions with a total value exceeding
billions of Euros. Among its prestigious clients are companies such as Sonnedix, Green Arrow Capital, Polis Fondi SGR, and other significant
names, contributing to the establishment of a stable network of relationships with the national and international banking and financial sector.

each phase of the process. Guglielmi, 46 years old, graduated with honors in 2002 in Economics from the University of Rome "La Sapienza." With
a wealth of experience, he has worked for renowned national and international companies throughout his career: from 2002 to 2008, he served
as an Associate for KPMG Italy; later, from 2008 to 2010, he held the position of Manager at Ernst & Young in the Corporate Finance sector;
in the period from 2010 to 2011, he worked at Sintonia SA in Luxembourg, where he served as Investment Manager and Head of Management Control
and Reporting; in 2012 and 2013, he was Finance Director and CFO - Head of Management Control at Nautor Holding, part of the Ferragamo Group;
from 2013 to 2018, he played the role of Director Corporate Finance at Accuracy Corporate Finance; finally, since 2018, he has been a member
of the Costantini & Partners team as Director Corporate Finance.
