Capital Wing acted as the financial advisor for Kenergia in the sale of two photovoltaic plants

Capital Wing supported Kenergia in the sale of two Ready to Build photovoltaic plants with a combined capacity of 7 MW in the province of Sassari to the Green Arrow fund.

Rome, January 8th, 2024 – Capital Wing announces that it has supported Kenergia, as a Financial Advisor, in the sale of two Ready to Build photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 7 MW in the province of Sassari to the Green Arrow fund.

The design and authorization process for the plants were developed by Kenergia, a renewable energy company that focuses on developing new technologies and business models for the design and management of photovoltaic and wind projects. The transaction was led by Gian Marco Bardelli and Emanuela Bolla at Capital Wing. The buyer is the Green Arrow fund, which has previously completed the acquisition of 14.9 MW of photovoltaic projects in Sardinia, also originating from Kenergia.
